Butterflies!

For a very long time Sabrina has wanted to buy a butterfly net/cage and raise butterflies. We finally did it. It was pretty amazing to watch. First we sent for the caterpillars, then they grew really fast, next they made themselves into chysalides, then we transplanted them into the butterfly net/cage, then they hatched as butterflies, we fed them oranges and sugar water, and then we let them go outside. It was pretty cool! I have to say though that I was hoping that they would be ready to be let go before I had the baby. The last thing I wanted to worry about in the hospital was if anyone was taking care of the butterflies :)
