Tonight I was out in the garage getting down baby clothes and the girls saw the Halloween costume box. Mackenzie decided to try on her Halloween costume and show it off. Fortunately or unfortunately (depending how you look at it) Mackenzie is going to be what Sabrina was when she was 3, Minnie Mouse. Plus the outfit if just so cute and my mom spent way too much money on it. I just had a great thought/justification for buying things that you don't need or should not really spend that much money on (i.e. a Halloween costume). Since we will soon have 3 girls, I can really get my money worth out of some things, like Halloween costumes, since it will probably be worn 3 times. This realization is not that great of an idea on our finances :)

You never know who might pop out next though! That minnie mouse costume is SO cute... and I had some similar penny saving thoughts after having two girls. But Lydie would never dream of being anyone but Dorothy...ever. Who knew?
