Last Tuesday Sabrina started 1st Grade! I can't believe she is getting so big. So I took this picture right before we left to walk to school. I love that we only live 2 blocks from school. Can you tell that she is half asleep. I was too. She has to be at school at 7:45am. Ouch!!!!! Too early!!!! She was so excited to go back to school that it didn't matter how tired she was.
This year for 1st grade Sabrina has Mrs. Stock. She also had Mrs. Stock for kindergarten. This summer the school decided to move Mrs. Stock to 1st grade and wanted to loop her class (all the same kids in again for 1st grade with the same teacher). It is a pretty new but common thing her in southern California. It was really nice that Sabrina already knew what to expect and got to be with all of her friends from kindergarten. We are excited because it was such a good class last year. I can't believe my little girl is growing up!
