On Saturday morning we headed up to L.A. for my long-time friend's twins 1st birthday party. They are six months younger then Camille and such cuties!
From L.A. we headed up to Stockton on our way up to Oregon to visit Jordan's family. This was the beginning of several LONG TORTUROUS drives with Camille. We have been spoiled with Sabrina and Mackenzie as far as traveling. On Easter morning the girls woke up at the hotel to Easter baskets left by the Easter bunny.
Camille was hilarious when she found her basket. She was so EXCITED! Lets just say the older two girls could have been a little more grateful of what the Easter bunny left. I told my mom that there behavior was payback for my own ungrateful spurts as a child. All she could do was laugh. :)

On the drive up to Oregon the girls kept taking turns on Jordan's droid phone. This picture cracks me up.
On Monday morning, Robyn my sister in law brought the cousies over for an Easter egg hunt. For Easter Camille got a punch balloon that she LOVED. Ethan was showing us his talent of balancing. :)
The girls LOVE their cousin, Chloe. She is 4 months older than Sabrina. I love how she is thoughtful and makes sure that Mackenzie is included when she and Sabrina are playing.
On Tuesday, Martha took us to the Gilbert House Discovery Museum in Salem, OR. It was so much FUN! The three girls in a HUGE chair.
Sabrina in a bubble.
The bubble room is every toddlers dream. Camille was in ahhh of all the bubbles.
Then the 3 girls put on a show for us in the rain forest room.
Jordan, Camille, and MiMi. See Camille's face. I think that she set a record for the most days in a row of not smiling.
This picture of Mackenzie in the grocery store was priceless. She is such a little mommy. She took her grocery shopping VERY seriously. When Sabrina was being rung up at the cashier by Chloe she kept saying, "I don't know how I am going to afford all of this." She was seriously worried.
After the museum we headed over to the carousel in Salem. So much FUN.
Camille probably cried at least half of the trip. We could not tell if she was sick. Jordan and I have a running joke that anytime she is extremely fussy, it must be because she is teething. According to this picture, maybe she was. Hmmm. Does it make it easier to deal with. Uhhh, no.
On Wednesday, Jennifer (one of Jordan's older sisters) came down from Camas, WA to spend a few hours with us. The girls were excited to see cousin Laura and Aubrey. Thanks Jennifer for coming down. I know it was a LONG drive.
MiMi and Mackenzie admiring another chickie. Mackenzie named her Pretty Girl. Every morning the girls would get up and go check to see if the older chickens had laid any eggs.

While they were down, MiMi took the girls to get some more baby chicks. Sabrina was SO EXCITED. I have to admit, so was I :)
Such a HAPPY Sabrina.
I have a special place in my heart for baby chicks. When I was in second grade, my teacher had an incubator in class. If our parents said it was okay, we could take one of the baby chicks home. I got to take home Chirpie. I LOVED Chirpie. When she got older and the neighborhood cats kept trying to break into her cage, we took her to a farm. It was a sad day.
On Thursday, I got to go visit a UC Santa Barbara college friend of mine who lives a few miles from Jordan's parents. It is a small world. She just had her 3rd baby boy.
On Friday, we headed up to Silver Falls. It is a few miles from Robyn's house in Sublimity, OR. Jordan and his family brought me there when I came up to meet his family, before we were married. GREAT memories.
On this day, well actually the whole week, it was very COLD. When you walk the trail, it goes behind the waterfall. Fun for a warm summer day, not a cold winter one. It was beautiful nonetheless.
Jordan is such a great DADDY. He had way more patience with Camille than I did.
Eli and Mackenzie hanging out at the end of the trail waiting for the rest of the family.
We headed home on Saturday morning. We stopped at Sonic in Andersen, CA and the drive must have taken a toll on my brain. I let Camille have my spoon with some whipped cream. A few minutes later, I turned around and this is what I saw. She was actually in the process of combing her hair with the whipped-cream-covered spoon. Ahhh, Camille.

looks like a fun, and busy trip. The girls are so cute.
LOVE the one of Camille and her gramma!
You and your girlfriend should trade girls for boys for a few days! ;)
Did you get a new camera? These pictures are awesome!
Looks like a successful trip! Michelle and I having a running joke about crabby babies, it's either teething, allergies or overstimulation. Or a combination of all three. Explains it all!
Glad you're home safe...
Glad you had fun! Camille has SO MUCH HAIR. I love it! So cute!!!!!
