After 1 1/2 years, I finally have figured out why the people who owned our house before we bought it put the carpet in that they did. And the answer is....so when your kid gets poop on the carpet it blends in :)
Mackenzie got sick on Tuesday and was throwing up. Today she is feeling much better but there is one annoying side effect. Runny poo, aka diarrhea. Sorry to gross you out. Twice today she has screamed from the other room that poop got on the carpet. It was running down her leg. SO DISGUSTING!!!! When I went to go clean it up I actually had a hard time finding the spot. The carpet color is exactly the same color as diarrhea ;-) Nice thought huh?
When we bought this house there was new carpet but it was not the color I would have picked. I tend to like the color to be a bit lighter. Of course we were not going to replace new carpet so I have grown to try and find good things about it. This one tops the list. Poop doesn't stain it! Even so I really did clean it.
